- We will ship any item to any location so long as there is a shipping courrier willing to perform the duty. We have many years of experience in drop shipping from our factories to your factories wherever your factories may be. And what if you have no special needs and just need something shipped to your doorstep? We do the easy things too, we'll ship your items to you in a timely order, but if you have any special requests call us and we will try to accomodate rush shipments. Companies in the Los Angeles area, we have the resources to rush same day orders for any items that we have in our local warehouse.

- We greatly value our customers and their privacy. While we do collect certain information for the purposes of ordering and delivering products, under no circumstances will American Accessories and Trims or its online store Trimsonline.com share your private information with third parties. We will never ask you for personal information such as credit card numbers, home telephone numbers or PIN numbers via email. If you ever receive emails from us asking for such information please contact us immediately so that we can take proper action.
- Returns & Replacements
- Returns and replacements are dealt with on a case by case basis. If you have problems with the items you have received call or email us and we will do everything we can to ensure that your problems are resolved. Please keep in mind when considering color consistency that every batch of items produced will yield a slightly different color and exact color matches cannot be guaranteed. However we do produce our items to the most strict of standards in order to ensure the highest level of consistency.
